Ummm that's easy. Just right click on the "grey" area beside all the buttons at the top of IE then go to the arrow that is highlighted and where it says "lock the toolbars" etc and click to unhighlight it. Bingo, done.

that's not the prob, the prob is that the toolbars aren't even there. All i have is the site info blue bar on top) and then the actual site. I can't drag down the toolbars either, even tho when i scroll over where they should be, i get the enlargment arrows.
