Yes they are the same, actually you can use any styli from Ortofon on any Ortofon Model, i.e nightclub Styli on a Pro OM Black carts or Pro DJs Styli on Pro DJ silivers, basically all Ortofon Stylus are universal with any ortofon carts, whether headshell style or concordes. Cheers.

OK, I understand you can mix and match, but I have a related question. Is it a good idea to mix and match? What I mean is that I have the silver concords (Pros I think) and if I want to get some DJ S replacments they would fit but will they sound as good as a DJ S with matching headshell. I ask because from what I know about they work the actual the sensitive stuff is in the headshell (yes I know the stylus is what wheres out, but I think the headshell is where some important signal manipulation happens). Is this true? From what I am thinking it seems like if you get a better headshell (like a DJ S or Nightclub) and then by replacement stylus for it from the lower end (like a Pro) it would sound same, if not a little better, then the pro stylus with pro headshell. Does this make sense? I hope someone knows what I am talking about...
