thats very unlucky mate,
i've been in a similar situation, and because i was thinking "oh shit, gotta be there soon after this" or whatever, it put the atmosphere down and i didn't enjoy it as much.
thats why i've not let anything get in the way of global gathering, and im not working while next tuesday now

personally id sign upto next months and go on an agency for a month. you'd be on a good £200 a week for 4 weeks, plus get to do all of gkgg. gkgg is once a year, this, u can do next month. im all for getting a good job but sometimes work and money arnt everything.

i went to an agency and got temp work str8 away. 170 a week after tax, do that instead of missing the ending fun of gkgg

Well all the temp agencys around here r crap, and it would take me about a month to get anything.

So i guess 14 hours at the venue will have to be enough
