I can't decide between Ulrich Schnauss' A Strangely Isolated Place and Sasha's Airdrawndagger. On a trancier note it's hard to beat Tiesto's In My Memory for diversity and general quality.

Not everyone shares my opinion, but I think A Strangely Isolated Place is just a little bit better than Far Away Trains Passing By. And it doesn't hurt that ASIP is 62 minutes while FATPB is 43. I could go on, but I suppose in the end it comes down to personal taste. Both are excellent albums. My only gripe with ASIP is that it didn't come in a proper jewel case, only one of those slim cardboard deals.
