are you referring to Shoutcast Stations?
or the Radio 1 broadcast through Real Player?
Through Shoutcast, you can set up streams to record...here are the instructionz:
on winAMP (using ver. 2.71)
go to Options
click on Preferences
now go into Plug-Ins, than Input
click on Nullsoft MPEG Audio Decoder 2.71
than Configure
in there you should see a tab on top called Streaming
bottom right of THAT window you should see a place called Save to File
Now specify a generic file name such as "Radio Broadcast" and you are well on your way to recording broadcastz
hope that helpz

i can't believe you guys haven't heard of MP3 Stream Recorder! It's a kickass program that lets you directly record mp3/shoutcast streams to the hard drive, you dont even have to be listening to the station- just set it to record!
