Hello people! Just mere moments ago, I was writing an email toa friend when I get an email from the Space34 team, and, the headline/subject was SPACE IS BACK! In the body of the message, it said "HELL NO WE WONT GO! INSTEAD WE ARE BACK BIGGER AND STRONGER WITH A DJ LINE UP THAT IS SURE TO MELT YOUR DANCING SHOES." etc etc. This happened also after mere minutes after I put my cash away for November 22nd, for Paul van Dyk!!!! This is FATE, but in a good way! The best club ain't goin' nowhere, so we can be sure WMC will be at Space as usual! OMG, GLORIOUS DAY!

when will be the WMC ? in March, but when exactly??!

Only 2 weeks to go, PvD fans!

Well, it really is official. Space IS back. they've gone ahead and changed the name yet AGAIN...It's gone from ClubSpace to Space34 and now Space. Ay. Well, at least the club ain't closing. If only they can get rid of the crackheads and that rap/hiphop club down the street, everything would be all set.

It really does look like a 'hoax' or pulicity stunt....Maybe all conjured up in a effort to get more sympathy or support from the music community. If it WAS a hoax, they went to a lot of trouble to make it look good....sending email, making statements to various websites. Still, the miami media should look at the good things about Space as Luis Puig said in his "Space closing its doors" interview. The club raised the real estate value in that disgusting area of downtown miami and drove away some of the crackheads. (Some, but not all, unfortunately.) The club has brought down so much business on its reputation of having the BEST djs in the world spin there. I feel that Miami wouldn't BE Miami without Space there....it's as if the club was meant to be....I have been to Crobar, Liquid (May that one rest in peace ) and Space, I like Space more than any of them. I have yet to check LeVeL, but I would ONLY check LeVeL if it was an event like the October MS/AvB event. I wouldn't go into LeVeL on a normal night of hiphop/rap without one of these in my pocket:

Tenaglia's closing night was a blast...before DT came out, Oscar G dropped a bomb set, and every so often he'd play this vocal that went..."SPACE WILL NEVER CLOSE, IT WILL ALWAYS BE OPEN..." good stuff. Needless to say it got the place jumping. What a club. PVD will be sickness.
