first when i started up IE everytime it started up in fullscreen and when i tapped f11 it wont get back...
i made a shortcut to IE with the option to maximize it it works fine now but stil when i click on a link in a page and it opens a new page it opens fullscreen and i cant tap f11 because it wont work

Uh thats Weird, I would normaly say just reinstall internet exploder. But you can remove it in any windows after 98. If it where me I would reinstall windows. If internet exploder is f*cked then windows wont be to stable either.

It will reinstall if you remove windows first. Of course then you have to format.

i know how to reinstall didi it several times but i dont wasnt to i did it last month 2

reset all your internet explorer options in the advanced tab, etc.
should work.
