Track vocal loop is "Taken Away Unconcious".

In the middle of the song, it breaks down to a sound-byte of a news reporter saying

"and there was another drive by shooting today downtown, it appears to be gang related, but there are no suspects yet. The victim was "taken away unconcious" and is expected to recover fully and should be able to help police with a suspect."

Then the song breaks into the baddest-ass bassline build-to-beat I've ever heard.
