P-NP Completeness

Hey I need some Help with my CPSC 611 final assigment. Can anybody help?

1) Solve and Prove the P-NP completeness problem. A proof will consist of both a mathematical and C code solution:

so what is the genome/sequence that you need to complete ? you need a genome sample to prove the p-np stuff ...

also, what algorithms can you use? the matrix grid chart? multiple sequence alignment? is there some kind of way you need to go to solve the problem ?
