The following is a theory, because, it is very believable, and many things tie into it, yet, it can't be proven without a doubt.

But this theory explains Lucifer's rebellion and how a literal kingdom of higher beings might have once lived in this solar system. The astroid belt being and destroyed planet, mars being another...just read this...

The Coming of Antichrist & End Time Deception

II Thess. 2:8 Paul talks about the "revealing" of the Antichrist, and the "coming" of the Antichrist... two different things. The revealing of the Antichrist takes place by his desecration of the altar of the temple in Jerusalem. Jesus himself refers back to the prophet Daniel (9:27) when he mentions this point. By the time this prophecy is fulfilled there will be a literal temple, altar, and regular sacrifice. The Antichrist will go into the temple of God claiming that he himself is god--this is the revealing of antichist spoken of in IIThess.

But the coming of the Antichrist is WITH THE SIGNS & WONDERS EXPECTED TO HERALD THE TRUE MESSIAH. There is the distinction between the coming of the Antichrist IIThess. 2:9 and the revealing of the Antichrist IIThess. 2:8. The Antichrist's coming fools the world into believing he is the messiah through counterfeits ...the revealing of the Antichrist demonstrates that he IS a counterfeit. To realize the coming of the antichrist onto the world scene we must pay attention to the prophetic signs and events preceding the true Messiah's coming, because they will be counterfeited by Antichrist. For example:


Christ arrives at the end of a great war -- Armageddon
the battle will end in fire for the enemies of Israel
Christ comes with myriads of His saints, His holy ones
Christ sets up an era of peace as ruler of the earth
Christ sets up the Millennial Temple of Ezekiel 40

Antichrist arrives at the end of a great war -- Gog & Magog
war ends in a miraculous judgment of fire on Israel's enemies
Antichrist comes with "holy ones"-- aliens in UFOs
Antichrist sets up seemingly peaceful global dictatorship
Antichrist signs treaty allowing for Third Temple & sacrifice
THE COMING OF ANTICHRIST WILL BE A COUNTERFEIT FULFILLMENT OF PROPHECY.


As things heat up in the Mid East, it seems as if Bible prophecy is coming true in this generation. There is reason to believe that the War of Gog / Magog (Ez. 38) will happen close to the date that Daniel's 70th Week begins -- most likely directly before the 7 year Treaty of Daniel 9 is signed.

Israel will call the valley where Gog is defeated the "valley of Haman-Gog" Ezekiel 39:11. The Hebrew word Haman used in Ezk. 39 is the same as the name Haman, the enemy who tried to destroy the Israelites in the Book of Esther. The feast of Purim, from the Book of Esther, celebrates the miraculous defeat of Haman and forces allied against Israel. Ezk. 38-39 predicts a future miraculous defeat of Israel's enemies, the forces of "Haman-Gog". As Purim approaches, notice how the tensions between Israel and Arab nations steadily increase. Could this prophetic war occur soon, culminating on Purim ?

Elsewhere on our website we have listed several reasons we feel Israel will be attacked by Russia and the Arab Confederacy prior to the Tribulation treaty being signed. One of the greatest indicators of this is Ezekiel's time line.

Ezk. 39:9 states that Israel will use defeated Gog's weapons for fuel for 7 years after the battle. There is no reason to conclude that Israel would any longer need to burn any kind of fuel after Jesus sets up the Millennial Kingdom, at the end of the tribulation. And notice the 7 year time period which Bible prophecy tells us is both the duration of the tribulation treaty (Dan. 9) and the duration of Israel's utilization of Gog's weapons for fuel. If those prophecies refer to the same seven years, the War of Gog / Magog would occur at the beginning of the Tribulation (not somewhere within the seven years, as many Christian authors have posited)

According to Ezk.39:15 seven months shall be needed to "cleanse the land". This gives another clue to when this prophecy might be fulfilled. According to Num. 19 anyone who touches a dead body must be cleansed, within a seven day period, with water mixed with ashes of the unblemished red heifer. The water needed for this cleansing is only drawn out of the Pool of Siloam, beginning on the 2nd day of the Feast of Tabernacles, called Simchat Beit Hashoevah. Until the ashes of the red heifer are available, and until the water is drawn during the Feast of Tabernacles, there will be no way possible to safely bury dead bodies left from the battle of Gog / Magog and remain undefiled under Mosaic law. This is why Ezk.39 says that for seven months the people of Israel will only place markers to point out where dead bodies lie. After 7 months Israel will employ people to bury the dead because they will be able to return from their work and be cleansed within the required time specified by Num. 19-- within 3 days after defilement, to be ended on the 7th day cleansing period. More specifically, the Feast of Purim is seven months prior to the Feast of Tabernacles, and those employed to bury the dead after a Purim battle would have to wait until the following Feast of Tabernacles to ensure that they would not be unclean for longer than seven days after touching these dead bodies. That is of course provided the ashes of the red heifer were available as well. The famous red heifer calf of recent news will be of sufficient age to become ashes in 1999. The year 1999 will be the first year that this prophecy could be fulfilled according to Mosaic law.

Coming Judgment on the Inhabitants of the Earth




Our studies of scripture have lead us to the controversial view that civilizations of pre-rebellion angels lived on the planets of our solar system before the creation of man. Scripture tells us that the leader of the angelic civilizations was a favored cherub, who later led the rebellion against God, for which the angelic civilizations were punished. These rebel angels were judged by a planetary cataclysm -- God destroyed "Rahab", the seat of the beautiful cherub's authority, the heart of the angelic civilization. This planet Rahab was the fifth out, where the asteroid belt is now located. Mars shows evidence of a great catastrophe on the scale of a planetary neighbor exploding.

The planet of the "Covering Cherub" is still evident within the debris, asteroids and comets, which are strewn throughout our solar system. Significantly, these chunks of the rebel cherub's planet, cosmic stones, have been used to mete out God's judgment throughout history. The rebel angels on Mars were judged with a blast of giant stones from Rahab , destroying the civilization at Cydonia that once gave glory to God. According to Mosaic law stoning was the prescribed means of execution for those guilty of idolatry, apostasy, blasphemy, divination, adultery, juvenile rebellion and infanticide. These sins are synonymous with the rebellion of Rahab.

God's judgment on the rebels continued, as the incomprehensibly violent and genetically unlikely dinosaurs, the very image of the dragon, "that old serpent" , were destroyed with another chunk of the rebel cherub's planet. This scan of a page from Drosnin's Bible Code confirms that "the dragon" and an "asteroid" from the planet "Rahab" were involved in the demise of the dinosaurs.
Note that the scholars working on the Bible Code came up with an independent theory, that Rahab must be the name of the "dragon", without knowledge of theories linking the Biblical Rahab to asteroids. (Michael Drosnin The Bible Code p. 149)

Scripture tells us God will use asteroids and/or comets -- chunks of the rebellious angels' planet -- in future judgment. A comet / asteroid impact will likely be the climax of the Gog / Magog War:

I am against you, O Gog...
After many days you will be called to arms. In future years you will invade a land that has recovered from war, whose people were gathered from many nations to the mountains of Israel, which had long been desolate. [Israel did not even exist as a nation, was "desolate", from 70AD till 1948]
When Gog attacks the land of Israel, my hot anger will be aroused ... In my zeal and fiery wrath I declare that at that time there shall be a great shaking in the land of Israel ... I will summon a sword against Gog on all my mountains ... 22 I will execute judgment upon him with plague and bloodshed; I will pour down torrents of rain, hailstones and burning sulfur on him and on his troops and on the many nations with him. [the original language does not use the word for weather-related "hailstones", but refers to great stones, created stones, stones of ice, and a great overflowing of water -- this sounds like a comet / asteroid event ]

Several years after the Gog / Magog Battle, or at least several years after the coming of antichrist and the reinstatement of the temple system of sacrifice in Israel, the inhabitants of the Earth will yet again be judged by stones from the rebel cherub's planet. During the time of God's wrath, the inhabitants of the earth will include the rebel angels, having been imprisoned and thrown out of the heavens, the antichrist and the humans aligned with him.

The message of Cydonia reminds us of the past and future fulfillment of God's Judgment -- of the rebellious inhabitants of Mars and the exploded planet Rahab millennia ago, and the future judgment that will befall the rebellious inhabitants of the Earth.

Being a protestant Christian, this is very interesting to me. In the vast cosmos with all its billions of stars and untold myriads of worlds, Earth will be center stage as God declares judgment upon not only man, but all the rebel angels as well. Isn't it egotistical of mankind to assume that planet Earth is the center of the universe...that our small planet is the center of attention for all of God's creation? Why is the earth so significant? It is the very world God Himself ransomed on a cross in Jerusalem almost 2000 years ago. Satan realizes that Israel's existance means that "end time" prophecy is nearing fulfillment. The signing of a treaty which allows for sacrifice to resume in Jerusalem will set into motion the last efforts of Satan to "be like the most high".
