i am stuck on level 11, password os/2, can anyone help me?

here's a hint:

for the bottom lightbulb on the left most side, but a mirror on the left of it and the refractor on the other side of it.

wtf is up w/ level nine? Password PCM. It's almost all walls. Any hints?
