Thanks man.....i've tried to locate the track and i've heard a few of the various remixes but I still havent found one that sounds like that. Do you happen to know what remix the clip I posted is??

I guess this track kinda copied the melody from another song/track called "Joan of Arc" by OMD. I know that looking for DJ Manta is going in the right direction but now i just need to find out what remix it is. Lemme know if you happen to know.
