the only thing that comes into my mind with these vocals is Taucher - Science Fiction.

I can't really tell you anymore other than the lyrics came from the voice box of a female.
IT might help if I said I heard it on the Judge Jules how on Radio1 (I was like 14 at the time and the track has just sorta come ack in my head)
