for guys i think the dress code and the age thing is a little bit more enforced. the line outside is basically to check ids. so having the ticket has no bearing on if you get in or not, but most likely at 11:30, you should have no problem. it's when it's like 2, then they start to slow down the line. as for the code, they used to be pretty strick, but have loosened up. but dress nice just in case. and for the dj's, depending on when they start, it's usually a three hour set. mostly from 2-5, but sometimes earlier, sometimes later.rarely later...hope this helps. have fun this weekend!

heh i usually go by myself to meet people inside. u don't have to worry about buying the tickets online, just buy it when u get there. dressing neat's the big thing i'm sure. if u're getting there at 11.30 u should be fine. keep a look out for a post by A-girl on the NYTA board because it'll tell u how to get reduced on avalon's guest list.

if you can, keep the party going by heading over to Victor Dinaire's party afterwards! It will last until at least the mid-morning hours.

btw, Avalon will be open until 6 or 7 am. When I last saw Picotto there, he played for 4 or 5 hours, ending right at 7.
