Ok, yes you are just starting out.
The most important part of any song is the sounds! Choose your sounds wisely. Every sound counts, eventually you will make you own sounds as well.
You mix alright for a beginner. Compression and eq are the next things you should learn. Compression is a biggy for dance music, it just is part of the dance music sound period.
The key for you is sounds and then composition. The sounds you are choosing are cheesy and the song has no structure whatsoever.
I am not trying to be harsh, I was like this when I started out.
Most songs go like this....
INTRO PART A BRIDGE CHORUS PART B BRIDGE CHORUS PART A OUTRO
Those are most classical terms(ie for rock music or pop) yet the same principles hold for all types of music. The bridge can be the build if you will. You can alternatively have a breakdown instead.
But what you have is no structure period, + the sounds you are choosing are no good. Try this as an alternative, take you favorite song.... and listen to it over and over again. Listen for subtle details, listen to the rythum, the low section the mid section and the highs. Try to copy the drums and the melody.
Don't worry I started off like you and check out my song Trance Nation! Well it took 6 years from where you are for me. Some people learn way faster though.

Oh thats the probelm right there. Don't use loops, slice up the individual hit and arrange the sounds yourself. Are you using acid or something?

Well, just listen to others music. Try to copy it. Read about reverb and mixing.
If you have aim try me at NathanBelomy. I will send you a song that I wrote in my 2nd year that is sorta like the song you have. You might want to take a music class at a community college on arrangement. Everything helps when writing music. The more you know about music period, the better stuff you write. Knowing all the scales helps write better music. Understanding music theory helps you pick out better melodies and such.
