1. click Start, and then click run.

2. In the Open box, type msiexec /unreg and then click OK.
(DON'T FORGET THE "SPACE" between msiexec and /unreg)

3. When this process is complete, click Start, and then click Run.

4. In the Open box, type msiexec /regserver and then click OK
(DON'T FORGET THE "SPACE" between msiexec and /regserver)


now run the msn messenger setup and it'll work!

cannot find the file 'msiexec' (or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available.

I did what LoCa said, but when i tried to open the program I got another error telling me it was configured wrong.
