Due to the shitty weather Me, Jen, and my buddy Santi didn't get to Icon until around 11:45ish. Grabbed a Heini and on to the dancefloor. The club was really empty and within minutes we ran into Sara, Pat, Rach, and Phil and the rest of the Otown peeps. We made our way upstairs to meet the infamous Dan (SlakcerBoy) and Friend (sorry forgot his name). Tbh I wasn't really feeling the first hr and 1/2 of Seamen's set. I was hoping to hear some more Chable productions and Breaks but the set was very heavy on the Diva-vocals I thought I was at a Junior Vazquez gig and not Seamen. The set also had zero flow but It didn't seem to matter to Dave who was having fun dancing around, waving his arms, and smiling around all night. We finally made our way upstairs to the DJ Booth and I began to bug Rachel to bug Seamen to play our requests which he did. (Slaps Rach a high five). He was surprisingly super friendly stopping throughout the night to snap pics and play requests. Right near the end of the night Dave got on the mic and said "Ok people you guys gotta leave @ 3:00" numerous times. He had about 3 mins left in the set and I rapidly texted "Infusion Vs Underworld Please' and handed the phone to Rach and he fucking played it!!!!!!!!!!! Def the highlight of my night. Had a great time seeing familiar faces and meeting some new peeps. Dan you are mad cool feel free to hit me up for another event. Phil, Pat, and Sara always fun to see you guys out and finally Rach pick-pick-pick-pick-UP-UP-UP-on-on-on-..........DIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL see ya @ Central Park!
