I'm pretty sure a passport is as legal as it gets..

as far as i know a passport is legal identification and is accepted all over the world and is in fact better identification than a licence or birth certificate.....except to my surprise at mac's milk stores....thats right! what is good enough identification for me to travel between countries is not sufficient for mac's milk to allow me to buy cigarrettes!
(i have an american passport but i dont see why it should make any difference)

Ummm hmp, yea, that's right...that's why...people these days don't really trust Americans, or American Passport holders. Blame Bush -- and buy those cigs anyway

j/k
