how i connect my mixer to my stereo..what kind of cable do i need whats it called what does it look like?

an RCA cord. It has two parts, a white or black side, and a red side. I've never seen a mixer without RCA-out jacks, and most stereos have at least one RCA-in jack. Go to Radioshack.

your stereo has to have AUX inputs in the form of rca jacks..

or a CD or tape input that will work too. one thing that WON'T work is a phono input.

my stereo has only phono in the back. i tried phono it works but the sound is bad...any other suggestions? qhat a cd input? what else can i do?
