People especially who dont eat right should try to take theyre vitamins everyday because you are not getting the necessary nutrients out of your food. I dont eat very healthy 
So far I now take
1 multivitamin - take 1 per day
1 vitamin c 100 mg -
helps prevent u from getting sick among other things
1 vitamin K (Not K Real vitamin K) in addition vitamin K cream
for under my eyes, helps people who bruise easily and have dark spots under theyre eyes.
1 vitamin E (Not E Real vitamin E)- good in you are trying to grow your hair and nails and have healthier skin etc.

You should be careful with Vitamin K & E. These two vitamins are fat-soluble which means that they are never released from the body (Via Urine...kidneys) only processed by the liver. Always remember KEAD (K, E, A, D) are all fat soluble, vitamins B&D are water-soluble so they do get released in the urine. My feelings on vitamins are simple. Take your once a day Daily Vitamin + eat your green veggies. Any more is kind of overdoing it. Think about it. All of this Gelatin that coats these vitamins builds up in the body. So try to stay away from them. Stick with Tablets, orally disintegrating tablets, or sub-lingual.
