uhm... isn't this that Popcorn track? I have a version "Aphex Twin - Hot Buttered Popcorn (Techno Mix) It's not that, but it really reminds me of your sample...

The original was from "Hot Butter" alright. Aphex Twin remixed this quite shitty. Don't get me wrong. I love Aphex, but that one isn't quite good.
I don't know if this is actually the techno remix, but I think it's pretty nice, though
