It's an exemplary demo of the touch screen capabilities for an earlier prototype of the Nintendo DS.

By the way, this is NOT a Game Boy. Calling it such is identifying it incorrectly. Nintendo has already stated that this handheld is only related to the Game Boy line through the ability to play AGB games, and ONLY AGB games (Can't play CGB or GB games on it. AGB games are in 1 player mode, as well.).
