i have this ritual of listening to music with my headphones before sleeping. Lately i got some problems tho
I cant concentrate on the musi anymore" i got so muc stuff to think about i soon forget about the song..its just a noise in the background..i cant make pictures in my mind anymore! i guess school and internet kiled my fantasy..and conentration ..
and the worst is that i easily fall asleep and wake up at the last song(funnny but its always the last song OR delirium-silence when listening to magix six hehe)
its annoying though. i miss the goold old times where i could listen to a whole album with full conentration and attention..enjoying the ride.

i like 2 do the same, the same problem 2. i just chill reading a magazine now, any kind. i think its just growing up changes the way we think.

Yep, I fall asleep with my headphones on all the time...just throw on Chilled Euphoria mixed by Solar Stone and I'm good to go

I have quite the opposite problem, I cant concentrate on anything but music or TV when theyre on. i can do math and stuff with music, no problem, but if im trying to read itll take 2x as long to finish if im listening to music. i cant fall asleep to the tv too it sux. late/

A nice funky progressive or deep house set is perfect to sleep to. The chilled Euphoria and chillout stuff is pretty good to. I can't imagine sleeping to any of the trancier tunez...those things can keep me up all nite.
