i do. its easy to slip through the cracks, and i'm not at all suprised those 'fugitives' are roaming around the country unaccounted for...

if you blend into the society, and don't do anything wrong, nobody will mess with you. its easy to carry on a life, as long as there's a way to make some $$$, and there's always a way if there's a will..

Since I live near the Canadian border, I will input my 2 cents. The major highways and interstates are well checked, but anyone can cross over the numerous gravel roads that go between my state and Canada. From personal experience, my great uncle knows that area like the back of his hand and he goes to Canada often to buy a few items that are not available in the USA.

The one thing he buys are those ketchup flavored potato chips. Canada can keep those in my opinion.
