OK guys i know most of us, got sick of the progressive sceen in Montreal, i dont have anything against it but there is not even a single Dj who plays a little bit of Trance! I mean comon there must be some people who like trance other than us.
Anyway i went on thursday night to Groove society with ma friends and they had Progressive Night , it started of with some New beginner Djs , one guys played good Hard Techno/Tribal then a girl kicks off a progressive set which was really bad then another blond girl kicks in with Some Trance!OMG! hard teance u could say!!OMG!!! she was amazing she played LSG - Rising u guys would like it and Oliver Lieb - Metropolis , then she got into some more progressive stuff / Max style and shit.... but she was amazing she even kept on giving me those tiesto-style looks and smiles . I liked her!I went to the booth twice asking her for tracks.
That night made me wanna get my decks so bad but i cant afford em.
I am sure if i get them i could easily start kicking off some heavy sets anywhere , i know im more into trance which i would try my luck and spin it somewhere but then again i think i should always have to play prog. too.
Anyway guys not that im doing an Add or anything but if u can check Groove society next thursday i think im gonna be there it was really interesting.
