Rock/Indie Recommendations?
Morning all *yawn*
bit of a quiet morning at work (woohoo) which doesnt happen to often, finally its calmed down after the madness at chrimbo.
Anyway, most of you know me as a dance music person, various styles, Trance, Techno, Hardcore, Gabber, House...but I do happen to love a bit of Indie and Rock and I wanted some recommendations as I am not that clued up.
I'm really liking the following tracks lately and they are constantly on my CD Player / Winamp:
Kings of Leon - Bucket
Muse - Hysteria
Lostprophets - Last Summer
Kasabian's album
Doves - Pounding
Doves - Blackbird
The Coral - Bill McCai
Starsailor - Silence Is Easy
Soulwax - Too Many DJ's
Foo Fighters - Times Like These
Foo Fighters - Learn To Fly
Foo Fighters - Breakout
Queens of The Stone Age - No One Knows
Any "Embrace" stuff.
The Killers - Somebody Told Me
Any stuff I am missing thats pure class? btw, what is the Jane's Addiction song that has the lead singer in a pink open top and has the camera spinning around most of the time? cant think of the name of it but I really like that track as well.
Thanks guys

Get some RHCP in there, they're probably the only good rock band you'll like, looking at that list.

Nothing fucks me off more than a fan that thinks a DJ can do no wrong. There is a lot of good music out there. How some people can be so easily pleased is beyond my comprehension.
I was gonna post mostly all the songs you guys just said.
