I actually only frequent a few sites usually.. livesets.com is a good one for techno but they have house & electro sets as well. Technopride.net rocks and they host fresh sets every month from various techno djs, ump3.de used to be good for hosting sets, but they don't update their site much anymore, and you can usually only find the links to sets in the forums, and I don't post links for ones from there.

A newish one called clubvibes.com I think started recently.. registering is super easy they don't even send an email confirmation, and they have been hosting some tasty sets the past few weeks.. fresh Mull & Rachmad, Michel de Hey, Carl Cox, Beyer etc.
