Well you can't ask US that...that's completely up to you!? How much sugar should I put in your coffee? How much salt should I put on my french fries? I mean, it's totally subjective, and every song you'll hear uses different settings and tries different parameters...that's what creative difference in music is all about.
In many regards, that's what defines certain artists... they are identified by their own unique way of tweaking certain things, reverb included!
Basically, lay down a dry vocal.... test it with whatever preset you want...and begin applying small changes so that you can hear what happens when each knob is tweaked. If you really like the triple-tap-delay that pans from Left-Centre-Right...then use it. You'll never get 100% of listeners saying, hey thats perfect reverb! Someone will always say..."Dude, you shoulda made it drier/louder/further..."
