I DO know for sure that Prince and Dan's Handsome Boy Modeling School was released on cd sans all the vocals. its pretty tight and the production cant be beat...but youd have to decide if thats what youre looking for. Unf the best hip hop beats are usually complimented by decent vocals|

Maybe try some Krafty Kuts/ Freestylers/ Freq Nasty....hip hop influenced breakbeat.
