This is the first year ive worked out through winter. normally i just hang out and drink beer and get fat during this time. I spent a couple months travelling as well...maybe 6 months total during last couple of years always drank and ate my ass off.

2 wweeks of vacation

and now im back to those first pics hehe. so yeah theres definitely off times. Ive finally found out what does what to my body so im able to fine tune my exercises a little bit better.
I used to be doing sets like no warmup set, and then 3 sets of 6-8 reps per muscle.
now its warmup of 15. then its 3 of 10. then i do something else then come back and do another 3 sets of 10 for same muscle. just different exercise. flies opposed to flat bench say.
so yeah, the workouts have changed dramatically. went from benching the 100 lb dbs in each hand to 60s,70s, and 80s...lots of times ill just do 3 sets of 20 with the 40s to really rack them out after ive done my other 6 sets...
lots of things have changed hehe...running now, dieting, workin out harder and harder...
