I have just bought a townhouse in The Village of Oakgrove off Woodstock Rd. & Hwy. 92 near Acworth and i need a roommate asap. The house is 2 stories w/ 3 beedrooms (one will be a guest room) and we each have our own private bathroom and 1/2 a bathroom downstairs. It has a fenced in backyard, hardwoord floors downstairs and in the hallway of the upstairs and I already have a washer & dryer, living room furniture, Kitchen furniture, microwave, fridge, oven, gas stove top, basically all the basic needs but if you have something to add then be more than happy to bring it along, like a big screen tv. Rent will be around 475 a month w/ a 475 deposit and utilities split down the middle. Move in date will be around early to middle April so if your interested pm me or reply.
