we need to set up an ELE set up that breaks the music discussion into perhaps genre, but mostly by steps.
that way step 1 would be noobs, step 2 requires a password, step 3 requires time, and step 4 gets banished to allow the creation of new *addict.com websites whom pay Swamper handsomely to get the hell outta here due to elitism|
