probably that they've been spinning for years which kinda causes this power of suggestion.... when i went to see pvd the first time he spun central park, it really honestly seemed to me, that even though his mixing was on, because it was him, and because there was this huge "scenester" feeling among the crowd, the man couldve spun anything he wanted, and because his name was pvd the crowd wouldnt give a shit, they'd be jumping up and down... and up... and down... it all felt really fake, like you were "supposed" to enjoy it... the man mixed great, but that whole thing when people say tap into you and take you on a journey, certainly didnt happen with me, i ended up in pain from standing in one spot for so many god damn hours... im not new to this, ive been into this shit for about 10 years, and i was a fan of pvd for a few years as well, theres no "hater" mentality here... but ne how my point is i believe at a certain point with being a massive dj, it almost doesnt matter what u do, as long as u get up there... i mean come on, the mans no.3 and i checked a tracklist of a new set posted on this site, and the mans still spinning for an angel and time of our lives, i loved those tracks, but i thought a big part of djing was going out of your way to find new tracks.... and yet people still lose their minds to this guy, there has to be a huge power of suggestion thing going on here (for lack of a better term) i know you guys got your opinions, and id like to hear them, just please dont yell at me, i didnt mean to piss on anyone
