I know it used to be 16..but then it got bumped to 18 or something.. someone else is telling me it's 19 now but I looked online and I can't find the answer.

Anyone know?

As far as I remember it's 19, but I did hear that they're trying to push it to 21, if it isn't there allready.

It is 19. It was a year ago anyway, when I worked at the place that sold them...

OMG, itd be too funny if they made it illegal to smoke until you are 19, same age as to buy.

Could you imagine the shit that would cause? I dont think a situation like that (with all the ppl who are young and currenlty do it) could ever be even reasonably enforced.
