I have a question. One of my tech decks is very unaccurate near the o% pitch notch, so i was wondering if it is possible to put mk3d faders in both my techs. I know that it's possible to calibrate my decks, but if it is possible to put a mk3d fader in it, i almost have a mk3d, and don't have to by the mk3d for it's biggest advantage (no notch). So could anybody help me out?
Tnx Maarten

I can't see any reason why not. Have a look at the connectors for the pitch slider on each. If they are the same, you have a winner!

Does anyone know if this idea would work because it sounds super!
U'd get the best advantage of the new mk3's on to the mk2's.
And save couple hundred doing so.

Ok guys, i mailed with some guys who sell the techs, and they told me the mk3d faders don't fit in a mk2. But i still buy those faders, and after some solderling, i guess they will work. As soon as i know more, i will place it here

Ah, dipless pitch control, may we dream? I want me a pair of mark 3's. It's always quite a bitch to pitch around 0% on Technics turntables.

Ok, i went to my local technics supplier and ordered 2 mk3d faders (he guessed the price was $15 each), and when they arrive they will call me, and then i'll get busy. You will read the results here as soon as possible!!!!

Nothing quite like triple posting is there DJTJ
Anyway why would you want dipless if you wanna end up DJing in a proper club anyway they bound to have mk2s or vestax, not mk3s. if you fiddle with your own like that you lose your warranty u know.

ok, bad news. Those faders aren't $15, but $40, so i guess i should learn to live with it, or spend the money when i have it....
