אם מישהו רק יצליח להסביר איך בן אדם שרוצח בלי סיבה לא היה לפחות 10 שנים במוסד סגור קשור כולו בחדר עם כריות....

כמובן שעכשיו אחרי שהוא כבר רצח המדינה תבצע עוול חמור אם שופט כלשהו סבור שזה בן אדם שמסוגל להשתקם
בן אדם כזה לא ראוי ולא מסוגל גם אם היה ראוי להשתקם
הוא חולה נפש מהזן הנורא ביותר
ולכן צריך לתת לו את הקל שבעונשים
מאסר עולם
אבל במשמעות המקורית שלו
עד סוף חייו

זאת רק אחת הבעיות של החוק הישראלי בחסותו נרצחה נערה צעירה...
והיא רק אחת מיני רבים שמאבדים את חייהם או את חייהם הנורמליים ע"י אנשים שהחוק הסלחן בארץ נתן להם הזדמנות נוספת לבצע את זממם בחפים מפשע

היה כתוב בכתבה שהחשוד שהם תפסו היה בהשפעת אדי דבק מגע...
ככה שלכו תדעו אולי העורך דין שלו יצליח לשכנע שהוא לא שלט במעשים שלו..

ואני לא חושב שעונש מוות זה פתרון מרתיע מספיק.
כי עובדה יש אנשים שרוצים למות.

מה שכן צריכים לעשות מאסרי עולם, שהם באמת לכל החיים, עם עבודות כפיה, וכמובן למנוע מאסירים להתחתן ראבק! ובלי חופשות.
איזה מפחיד זה להיות כלוא כללל החיים שלך במקום שאתה לא יכול להתפתח שמה לשום מקום, בלי כלום.

מה שהכי אבל הכי דפוק במדינה זה שלא משנה כמה תפסוק לו המדינה יענו למשל 15 שנה בכלא תמיד תגיע לו חופשה מתי שהוא שלא רק זה נשמע דפוק

עוד יותר דפוק זה שבזמן החופשה הוא יסתובב חופשי ולא רק זה תחשבו מה תעשה האמא שתראה את הרוצח של הבת שלה מול הענים

איזה זבל העונשים פה

חובה להעצים את העונשים! החוק בארץ מאפשר לכל אחד להתפרע ולעשות כרצוני ובקושי להיענש על מעשיו.
צריך להחמיר ולהוסיף עונש מוות וגם לתת עונש מאסר עולם בלי חופשות,בלי ביקורים וכמובן שאסור להתחתן בתוך הכלא! חובה למנוע על אפשרות מאדם שפשע להתפתח במדינה שלנו!
