I apologize that it has taken me so long to post...but I had to wait for my new account to be set up.
Since the opening of Boa on Saturday December 27th, 2003 many of you have shared some of the best and most memorable moments of my life. The better part of my tender with Boa has been nothing less than magical; however it has come time to bring it to an end.
I want to take the opportunity to thank all of you for believing in me and my vision of what I think the Toronto club scene should stand for. Over the past year and a half I took many risks to bring you a number of new artists and again I thank you for supporting my decisions and allowing me to (taken from the book of DT) be myself.
I also want to thank everyone at Boa for there constant support and efforts to better the Toronto EDM Club Scene. As for the future direction of the club and it's music policies I can only hope that they carry along the same path in which I left it.
Many of you might be wondering of my future plans and all that I can say right now is that I am going to take the next month or two to reflect on the past couple of years and will not make any rash decisions. I will without a doubt continue in this business but will not sacrifice my high standards for quality when it comes to venue, vibe, sound, and of course music!!! Judging by the overwhelming response to my resignation from the artists and agents that I have worked with over the past two years it will not be long before I resurface with some kick ass events.
Love & Respect,
Carey

Best of luck. I'm sure you're going to want to edit your post to Saturday December 27, 2003

I remember meeting you near the end at Danny T @ the Docks!!! LOL! You totally burned me by shoving my glowsticks back up my ass!!! LOL!!!
Was a pleasure to meet you and kinda sad to see you leaving Boa...only been there once, after Tiesto last December, and I was looking forward to busting the dance floor with you at your own club but I guess that'll happen sometime in the future...
Hope to meet you again and best of luck on your future endeavours!

I've unfortunatly not been able to make it to Boa yet b/c I live in Windsor, and don't have as many opportunities. But I've heard many good things about the club. Good luck with your future plans.
