Another new track from me here, this time a bit of a change of sound from my normal breaks projects to a dark prog track though don't really know how to define it. Would love some feedback of course
I like dark prog, but this was just too weird for my taste. I could imagine this playing as background music in Doom 3.

Hey dude,
Listening, u need to play more with your panoramics, above all with the HATS, ur drums sound pretty plane for that matter, the track itself it's pretty minimalyst/chaotic/dark with a lil touch of INDU, not my cup of tea, but overall it's not bad, keep it up .
Kopi =o.

Thanks for the reviews guys.
Is being seen as Doom 3 music a good thing or a bad thing?
And Kopi, I don't know what you mean by INDU . But yeah does need a bit of drum work, will work on it.
Thanks

listening..
dont like the drums in the beginning sounds too plastic, nice sounds, i like the dark mood of the track, but the percussions are lacking too much.. u need to improve them.. try experimenting with some loops or something..
I am not sure what this is But it is not really trance or progessive because the beat does not keep going and pumping. It is indeed more music for a dark movie or computer game. The atmosphere is doomy and dark and that works very well. But I do not think it is playable for a trance dj of any sorts.
Cheers,

Thanks for the reviews guys, really appreciated.
Subtle, I get what you mean by the beginning, will try and experiment a bit more with it soon and try and get a good percussion loop going, i've made a very minor improved version which is available at the same download link. Thanks
Nomen Nescio, yeah im pleased with the overall dark atmosphere i've created. I suppose it isnt that much progressive no but couldn't think of another genre to define the track with. Definately not trance though so not really appealing to that kind of genre really.
