Most Influential
This is hard...but who do you guys think has been the most influential DJ in the past 10 years, whether it's thru their live performances, their part in advancing edm culture, their productions, etc. Please include some sort of logical support/reasoning with your pick.
EDIT: change the time period from 10 years to the last 3 years

Tiesto.. because his near commercial stance introduces a lot of people to the EDM scene

Ferry Corsten for me, it seems like hes been around forever.
Dunno how old he was when he first came on the scene but I think he still looks quite young now.
I saw an interview with him once and he said that the biggest buzz for him was seeing people dance to music that he has made for them, that in my eyes makes him a top geezer.
So many good tunes and always has a smile on his face, I think if he ever stopped making music it would be a huge loss.

I did ask many a time and I've never once received DJ Sammy as an answer. It was either Tiesto, PVD, or AVB by and large.

Antiloop did it for me. But I think I'll go with Tiesto. Even though he may have recently become a total sellout, the scene wouldn't be where it is today without him.
And what about Tenaglia? Wasn't he the one who started this whole DJ-ing culture in the first place many many years ago? But that was more than ten years ago... :|

Trying to be a prick again?
Paul Oakenfold pushed the trance sound for a while and it took the public forever to catch on. He was not the only one but he was influential to other deejays as well. Lots of deejays looked up to him, his 1999 EM world tour probably pushed him even more to a worldwide audience. His perfecto label was influential for a time and he was a superstar deejay.

+1...i totally agree.
I think that when he released punk, he showed the dj world that he was willing to explore and experiment in order to further the genre
