Where can I get a Video converted from Euro to NA system, or placed on a DVD?
Hey guys...I have a problem, and I need to do this ASAP. I have a video tape but it's in the European format and I need it copied + converted into our Noth American format so that I can view it...and better yet, placed on a DVD...
Does anyone know of any places that do this in TO?

Oh soo close. I have all the equipment except that PAL VCR.
If you go into any foreign area of TO, like China town, or Gerrard St.(Little India, if you will), they will have lots of shops which do it. Just take a stroll.

Make sure the PAL tape is converted straight to digital before the NTSC encoding is to take place. That way you get minimal quality loss.
