I just used PaintShopPro 7 for this skin, those skins that you put in your link were done using a prog called SkinAmp. You just give the prog a bitmap and it makes the skins for you

I thought it would look better if done properly, so now I've gotta spend hours playing with each individual component to make it look right.

Give me time, I shall have a veritable masterpiece lol

When this is your first skin ever made then u are pretty good!

At the moment it doesn't look so awesome that I'd use it instead of that Technoia one ... but we'll see
