There are a lot of parties all over the place in NY... Howells @ Vinyl sounds promising (only $50)... but there's really nothing CRAZY going on like @ Giant in KaLi... that's gonna be insane... I'm not sure what's going on on the rest of the coast though... we'll wait to see who answers...
