how do I stop pausing between tracks?

On media player when I burn my mix onto cd it always has a pause when it changes track number, I have downloaded Nero fast burning plug in but this still hasnt solved the problem. Does anyone know how I can fix it so my mix never stops?

In Nero:
Right click the song, select properties and set Pause to 0.
