it's all about reading the crowd. Personally, I'd want to go from deep house to progressive then to trance if I had your record collection, but I wouldn't be too set into how I'm going to play. Like it was mentioned above, feel out what the crowd wants, and play to them to the best your record collection will allow, and the best of your ability.
Another thing, if you are playing for a non-EDM crowd [as I've done a couple times at my buddy's university pub], don't even bother breaking out the hard stuff. As much as I'd have loved to play some great tribal on those nights, I just know playing it will empty the floor, so instead I'll play remixes of tracks they already know. It may not be what I wat to hear, but it's a good compromise for what I have as a DJ, and what they want to hear.
