JD: Do you ever think you’ll come back to Montreal for a regular residency?

SK: Well actually, I’m happy to inform you that it looks like something like this is going to come back in the diary again. This year has been one where I’ve looked back a little at both the good and the bad, and I’ve intended to go forward with the good.

Stereo was dearly missed this year, and so next year it will happen. Maybe not as a monthly thing, but I’d definitely like to come back every couple of months. And whenever I come back, I always get the feeling that that part of Canada isn’t done yet, you know? It’s going somewhere. It hasn’t found it’s limit yet. It kind of reminds me of New York in the 80s.
