I'm fairly new to this. What's happening here? The percussion doesn't change, but I'm getting like 4 pops or something. I haven't eq'd the tracks yet, just the master to sound better, I'm waiting for a faster computer so I can audition the whole thing in audio.

The distortion that I'm talking about happens from 1:20-1:24

Play the song titled Project A (Acid Funk vs. A Trance) listen carefully for 1:20-1:24

.... did you play that TB303 sound live??? It's kinda just all over the place (not in sync with the rest of the song IMO)

I hear some minor pops at that spot (1:20-1:24) , but it's really hard to make out since the filter on the TB is set so low that I can't hear the notes... up the filter cutoff a bit to get some clarity in your sound.

yeah, the pops are minor, but still kinda ruins the song. Perhaps EQing will get rid. 303 (ABL) not played live, but with quantize offset on a broken pattern anyway.

You might have a very slow LFO going on one of the parameters of the synth.

kind regards,

Review Latest Track; Charlie Delta - Then The Days Where Long

Music is as universal to people as breathing. We've probably been at it since before we even started talking. Immaging two cavemen smashing away at a peace of flint to make a spearhead. It wouldn't take long for them to learn te synchronise the sound. And there you have it, the words first percussive band.

Music has survived wars, famines, the plague and many other things and has evolved with man across many cultures. Dance music is just the next step in the evolutionary chain. My guess is that it will probably be with us untill we are extinced.
