The timing couldn't be better for Harper to make himself look good.

Harper is just as evil as Martin....don't kid yourselves....if it wasn't election time this would never have made the newspaper

right now people can only speak based on past actions. And so far it looks favourable for harper. If harper starts to act like martin does now ill be the first one to openly critisize him. But so far i dont see that happening.

no kidding - harper just cant let this slide because it would look bad

i agree that canada needs a change, but dont idolize the conservatives too much - they too have an agenda (and a platform to deliver) and politicians are politicians wether right or left wing.

how do u know?

I can say this is true with martin 100% because hes proven this time and time again.

I cant say the same with harper. He may or may not sweep it under the rug but the possibility of him not doing so is much greater than martin based on past performance.

im willing to give harper a chance. If he fucks up royally than out he goes. Thats the very reason why we have elections every 4 years.
