Their platform is commendable but I don't think enough people view them as credible enough not to be considered a "wasted vote".

I like this quote from Green Party's website, for an example:

i hav no doubt that these guys hav very good intentions .. it's just too bad that not enuff ppl take them seriously.. there were 2 guys the other day at Don Mills station canvassing and ppl juss flat out ignored them

hav to commend them for their efforts tho .. atleast they're showing that they care for something

I voted Green last election and I shall again on Monday.

The problem with the Green Party is not the platform - the problem is that the candidates that they have running are inexperienced, ineffective and often inarticulate.

If the Green Party wants to be taken more seriously they need to improve their candidate roster/credentials significantly.
