Yeah you're right, Original & Caspar Pound are simply the best song for this track! In my heart for ever.

What is the meaning of re-releasing a classic like this if you don't invite pioneers to remix it?
with all respect to Luke Chable and Tek-tonik but I doubt that they will do the original and Caspar Pound remix any justice at all.
Why not inviting Oliver Lieb, Quietman, Man With No Name, POB or any other interesting name to remix it?
although that Chab remix can be good if he gives it a tougher approach than his more slow paced prog stuff.

I can say why not Man With No Name - he has gone absolute shit lately. Heard Critical Mass? Worst kind of fullon.
I'd bet Lieb lost a bit of trust with his crap-tastic rape of Hallucinogen - LSD too.

i await the day... one less person constantly bitching about them can only be a good thing

yeah but that remix of LSD is a couple of years old now. Lieb have done good stuff after it. not to mention his own update of Netherworld which was excellent and the new Paragliders tunes.

It seems that we -the public- are the only ones who realise that.
Perhaps the old dudes like Quietman don't produce anymore (is he still doing music?), or it's just because Simon Berry knows that a Tektonik remix, and ofcourse Chable remix, will appeal to the masses?
It's a shame though, I have always adored Platipus and I still do, but I feel they've gone to shits a bit ever since they started that "Platipus:Euro" sublabel. I hope they'll go back to some more -true- Platipus music.
One thing positive though is that the new Art of Trance single reminds me of the good ol' days, which is a good thing.
Man.. something new by Quietman or POB... I'd crap right through my pants out of excitement.
I'll go for the good old Caspar Pound remix on this one though

or how about his 4 new releases as "Solieb" on his Maschine Musik label?
They're leaning towards the techno'ish minimal'ish genre quite a lot, but I think they're pretty good. minimalprogressivetechnotrance music, or something
