Maybe it has something to do with their fixtures, I don't think it has to do anything with the crowd. But I've checked Inter's website and there isn't any matches on the same day or 1 day earlier..
The Coppa is supposed to be played later on in March, 22nd or something.

Becuase Milan need to play at San Siro on the second leg.. Inter also need to play at home(San Siro) on the second leg Becuase of that they will play a week later, its not the first time.
